The conditions of 2024 were extreme levels of heat , unusual for the beginning of the year.  Followed by a rainy summer.  Producing sun-kissed fruit, scarcity and mostly green, yellow and orangey-red hot peppers. The most citrus MLayne pepper sauces have ever been.
